Honey is not all created equal! As the honey season flows, so does the type of nectar bees collect to make honey. In each area, there are a number of different kinds of plants and trees providing this important ingredient and in turn, this nectar will help form the taste and color of the honey. Here is a list of sources that our honey comes from. If you live in a differant area, a quick internet search or call to your agriculture extension office could provide a personalized list.
